What is Checksa?
Checksa is a loyalty program run by GammaTech Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of Gamma Civic Group. The program is a fully integrated loyalty solution that builds trusted, loyal and long-lasting customer relationships. For the time being it comprises Super U only, and soon many more participants (shops and/or businesses) will be on boarded.
How do I join Checksa?
You can join Checksa by downloading the Checksa app on Apple Store, Play Store & Apps Gallery. Once you have signed up, you can use the app.

How do I link my existing Super U Loyalty card?
After creating an account on Checksa App, you need to go to My Account screen and click on Linked Account menu. You will be asked to provide your existing Super U card number. If you are unable to link your card, you will receive an error message. You will then need to call in-person to the nearest Super U store for additional verification and support. One of the reasons could be your card is already linked to another Checksa account or the mobile number and/or NIC/Passport number used during registration of Checksa account is different to what you provided before when registering for the Super U loyalty card.
How do I update my Checksa personal information?
You can update your personal information via the My Account screen on your Checksa App, however you will not be allowed to modify your NIC/Passport and mobile number. In case you need to update your mobile number, you will need to call in-person to the nearest Super U store for further authentication and proof. Our support team will amend your mobile number on your behalf after verification.
Where can I check how many points I have?
After creating an account on Checksa App, you will see your points balance on the Home screen of the App. You will also have a history of all points earned and redeemed at different shops.
How do I collect points at Super U?
You will collect points on your qualifying purchases at Super U stores. Upon check out at the till, you will be required to present your QR code identity found on your Checksa App.
Do my Checksa points ever expire?
If you do not earn or redeem any points for a consecutive period of 24 months, we assume you no longer want to take part in the Checksa loyalty program and will close your Checksa account
I did not receive my Checksa points after effecting my purchases at the shop and scanning my QR code, what should I do?
You should send us an email or call our service desk. The contact details are available on the Contact Us screen on the App.
How do I spend my Checksa points?
You can redeem your points instantly at Super U stores (in terms of gifts or discount at till) for the time being. More choices and benefits will be announced soon in terms of entertainment, top brand clothing, food and beverages etc.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn by being a member of Checksa?
There is no limit; the more you purchase, the higher will be your accumulated points.
What is the minimum number of points I should earn before I can start redeeming?
You can start redeeming your points once you have reached 100 points.
How many Checksa points will I earn while shopping?
At Super U stores you will earn 1 point for every Rs 10 spent. For redeeming your points at Super U stores, every 20 points equals to Rs 1.
Why do I need a valid email account to register on Checksa?
All queries, such as lost password or any other requests will be communicated by email.
Can I have a physical Checksa loyalty card?
No physical card will be entertained. Only a digital QR Code via Cheksa app will be issued.
I am a member of Super U loyalty card and I have multiple cards. Which card should be registered on Checksa app?
You must assign a single card number to your Checksa membership.
Please go to the Information desk and make a formal request to transfer all points from other cards to the one you assigned for your membership under Checksa.
I have a Super U card but it is not registered under my name. Can I register on Checksa using that card?
You cannot register in Checksa using a Super U Card not registered under your name.
I am a member of Checksa loyalty, can I still use my physical Super U card?
Customers will be able to use their existing physical card to earn and redeem points. This card will eventually be phased out.
My Checksa QR code is not scanning at the till. What should I do?
You should maximize the brightness of your mobile screen and try again. If the scanner at the till is not working, the cashier will note down your personal and transaction details. We shall contact you within 48 hours to resolve your issue.
